Soursop in honey
Soursop, also known as Graviola, is widely used by many indigenous cultures for a variety of physical ailments. Many parts of the tree are used, including the leaves, fruit, bark and seeds.
Soursop is a fruit that has numerable benefits for our health if included in diet. With the inclusion of this fruit in our diet, like a dessert or health supplement.
Much like the name implies the fruit is fairly acidic with a taste that resembles a mix of strawberry and pineapple. Not unlike other types of fruit, Soursop contains essential vitamins and minerals which make for a healthy addition to any ones diet.
Soursop is preserved in honey where the acidic sour flavour is balanced with the sweetness of honey.
Soursop leaves and stem is also effective, either fresh or dried form can be used as decoction. Take 15 leaves boil them in 1 litre water reduce to 500ml, do not cover the lid. Strain the decoction add honey , and mint. Enjoy it twice a day and see the best result.
If you feel heat have water melon juice later, also must have.
Drink sour soup decoction 30 minutes before eating.
