Nestled between the white beaches and the green forest covered hills of the Western Ghats, lies a place called “Blue Oasis Farm”, we call our Home. The farm is tucked away in the middle of the forest, plantations and surrounded by flowing river on two sides. We mainly grow Areca, Coconut, Black Pepper and Cacao. Along the farm you can find numerous of Ayurvedic plants and Vegetables, indigenous trees, Timber and Fruits as well. Fragrant flowers, bright butterflies, chirping birds, a green canopy of shade and cool running water are just some of the many options to explore and enjoy.
A day at the farm can be well spent either relaxing or expanding your knowledge base by teaching and learning the various activities at the farm. We encourage you to learn to observe nature by watching the enormous amounts of birds, hiking through the forest or learning how cacao is processed and various spices are harvested and processed. At Blue Oasis we store and preserve seasonal food, to enjoy it throughout the year. Fruits become candies and jam, while some others like raw jackfruit are put in brine, so the family and guests get to enjoy it, for the rest of the year.
The secret of keeping a heart happy is first making the tongue happy. Cheerful banter and smiles emerge when the tongue taste’s something good. We have a variety of options to engage your taste buds. Farm fresh fruits will boost your dose of immunity and strength. These fruits, berries and vegetables are used to prepare our simple meals; which give you a chance to experience the local cuisine and tingle your taste buds with wild food. We like our guest to share their skills with us. If you like to try something special, you are free to use our kitchen or order from the restaurant nearby.
You learn to store natural raw food for healthy future. Wild herbs get transformed into tooth powder, hair packs, hair cleanser, body cleanser, lip balm, cold press oil, hair oil, clothes washing liquid, vessel washing liquid, floor cleaner, toilet cleaner, aroma oil diffuser, pickles, jams, including homemade wines. We use it for our family and if you want to experience the gift of nature you too can have a try and experience a special pamper for yourself.
As soon as they enter the farm, kids get transformed into explorers. They get to settle at their fort at the tree house and expand their activities. They get to cluck with the chicks, waddle with the ducks and swim with the fish. Get hands on experience at bathing, feeding and milking the cow, sipping the nectar from the wild flowers, or watching the buzz at the beehive.
There are excellent opportunities to take your bike/ bicycle or car around for a leisure ride or an adventurous off road trip. Mustn’t such an adventurous day be awarded by something special like a boat ride/ swim in the pond or river followed by camping around a campfire and finally taking a nap in the hammock/tent or cozy den?

Amenities include free Wi-Fi, free parking, availability of a bicycle and a two wheeler (paid). Pool access is free. Guests have access to the river flowing through the farm. Life jackets are available. Raft is available (paid activity). Kitchen access is provided if you wish to cook food. Food is made available if requested one day prior. Guest can access all the Places on the farm, Host house included. On prior request tour of the farm is provided along with selected activities.

The Stay @ Bliss is a large room with a double Bed having the pool and garden view. The ceiling is finished with Bamboo mat which provides a soothing experience and a Rustic look. Pets are allowed in this room with prior permission.

Blue Oasis @ Peace (Single bed with non Attached Washroom)
The Stay @ Peace is a room with a single Bed having the pool and garden view. There is a library and table to be used as a workspace. Pets are allowed in this room with prior permission. The washroom is not attached, but accessed by the passage outside.

Blue Oasis @ Spice Garden Stay (Whole villa with A/C rooms)
The Spice Garden Stay is an entire villa with 2 bedrooms each having AC and a double Bed. Guests have access to 2 large living rooms which can be used for gatherings and games. Provision for mattress for 4 extra guests is done in the large living room which provides ample opportunity for a gathering thus building bonds between family and friends. 24 hours hot water is available. The stay has a dining room, Living room and kitchen for the use of the guest. The kitchen has a fridge and kitchen essentials. Parking is free and the property is safe.

Blue Oasis @ Amazing Grace Dorm (16 people max)
The Stay @ Amazing Grace Dorm is a large room with a double Bed. Maximum of 16 guests can be accommodated. Provision for mattress for 12 extra guests is done in the large living room which provides ample opportunity for a gathering thus building bonds between family and friends. 2 Washrooms are available.

How to reach the farmstay
House rules
- We give more importance to hygiene and cleanliness thus give you clean linen , towels and bedding. Please make sure you keep them stain free. ( Stains such as turmeric, hair oil and other stains) The smell and stain will not go .
- Washing machine is available; please do your own laundry however how to use will be explained on request. Drying can be done on ropes allocated and during rains there is solar drier where the clothes can be dried. Please don’t dry clothes outside the guest room.
- There are premium quality farm produce and farm products for sale. Please let us know if you want to try /buy anything.
- Tea/ coffee/ herbal tea / or malt will be served according to your preference during breakfast and in the evening. Other than that if you want to have earlier or later please brew your own, at the kitchen. Items will be available in the fridge and pantry.
- Food served at the farm is prepared mostly using best and quality ingredients grown at the farm. Any special request can be ordered from the nearby restaurant (Menu is attached).
- You are free to use bicycle. For other transport two wheeler is available (charaged @ 5 ₹ / km as per availability.)
- All the produce in the farm is grown with lots of care and labour. If you pluck it , you need to pay for it as this fees is utilised for our labour.
- Pool use is free. Pool area will be wet, be caution and use appropriate nylon gears and safety measures. Jumping in the pond is dangerous and not allowed. Pool waterfalls will be operated on request for 1 hour. Additional usage will be charged @ 50 ₹ per hour.
- For stays longer than a week, Fresh linen is supplied during check-in and linen and towels will be changed once a week, unless it’s accidentally dirty.
- You are free to get your own supply and cook your own food. No extra charges applicable.
- We use Asthravalaya where water is heated using firewood and is available at 10 am to 11 am in the morning and 6 to 7 pm in the evening, for bathing.
- Entry into the water areas without life jacket is not entertained.
- Mat for pets will be provided on request. Please don’t use the towels and linen from the room for pet use.
- Mats are provided, please don’t use towel as mats.
- Your pet is your responsibility. Please clean up and maintain hygiene after the pet soils the area.
- Do not litter in the farm. Please dispose plastics and biodegradable waste separately.
- We love to explain about functioning of the farm, living sustainably with nature and how to balance ecosystem.
- We have many herbs that aid in improving health and lifestyle, if interested please contact us.
- Children are not allowed to go unattended near water bodies.
- If there are children who have chance to bedwet please ask for waterproof mats. Please inform if the bed is wet.
- Pamper yourself with oil massage which is made by the farm ingredients but please request for oil proof mat to prevent oil stain on linen and mattress.
- During dusk 5 pm to 7 pm various friendly insects are active. Please keep doors and windows closed to avoid inconvenience at night.

- Guests are required to pay 50% advance at the time of booking itself.
- Extra Bed for children will be charged @ Rs 500.
- Our standard check-in time is 11 AM and the standard check-out time is 10 AM
- We only accept a government ID as valid identification proof. No local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in.
- Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the campus.
- Drugs and any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property
- Alcohol consumption is permitted at the premises as per property’s discretion and local laws. Please reach out to the property prior to your arrival to confirm the same.
- Bonfire will be chargeable and must be requested priorly.
- If the number of guests are reduced on the day of Check-in, the guest has to pay the full payment.
- Guests will be charged for any kind of damages caused to the property or things belonging to the camp.
- Guests are not allowed to participate in water activities and any any adventure activities after consuming alcohol.
- Right to admission reserved.
- If cancellations are made 30 days before the start date of the trip, 50% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- If cancellations are made within 0-30 days before the start date of the trip, 100% of total tour cost will be charged as cancellation fees
- Same Day cancellations are non refundable.
- In case of unforeseen weather conditions or government restrictions, certain trips or activities may get cancelled. In such cases we will try their best to provide an alternate feasible. However a cash refund will not be applicable for the same.
- Cancellations are strictly subjected to cancellation policies mentioned on the website & are irrespective of the date of booking.
